Larger groups:
- Up to 24-32 people: The Granary + Warren or The Farmhouse + Warren as required

BOOKING TERMS:
- Maximum numbers per cottage as stated.
- Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of 1/3 of the total secures a booking, with confirmation made once received and the full balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival or 12 weeks if the "whole farm" is booked (cheque to "Luckley Farm Cottages" or by bank transfer). A booking may be cancelled at the owners discretion if the balance is not received by the due date.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation by guests, payments will be refunded if the owners are able to rebook the dates, less any cost difference and £100 administration charge (earlier notification the better!).
- Please note: dates cannot be held without receipt of a full deposit.
- Luckley Holidays arranges short term holiday rentals of the properties (including the marketing, booking and liaising services) as agent for the owners of the relevant property.
