Luckley has 4 well equipped, comfortable and welcoming cottages dating from 1795, sleeping 1-42+ people

THE FARMHOUSE: (sleeps 10-12+)

The original Farmhouse keeps an elegant family home atmosphere, well suited to families and groups of friends, with wooden flooring and exposed beams throughout the 3 floors. The spacious open plan lounge and dining areas include oak tables and warm log fire (wood supplied). The kitchen is well equipped, with a double oven included. French windows lead out into the garden for relaxing, with garden furniture, bbqs and a wooden Wendy house for children to enjoy. Upstairs are 6 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. No pets in The Farmhouse please.

THE GRANARY: (sleeps 12+)

The Granary has been converted into a comfortable and welcoming 2-storey cottage. Upstairs is the well-equipped open plan kitchen/dining area, with table to seat up to 18-20. The large lounge has a drinks bar area and access to the decking to enjoy the wonderful view over the Cotswold Hills. Downstairs are the 6 bedrooms, 3 ensuites and 2 bathrooms. With flexibility in room set up (doubles/twins) The Granary suits all groups very well, including work groups and pre wedding parties. The south-east facing patio and garden catches the warm sun making it an ideal spot for bbqs and picnics, and it also has a children’s swing set. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with responsible owners (by prior arrangement only).

THE WARREN: (sleeps 1-18+)

The Warren has 6 self-contained double/twin rooms, all of which have a shower ensuite, small kitchenette for easy cooking, TV, hairdryer. Futons are available in each room for additional adult/children. These rooms can be booked by the night as required. Ideal for couples touring the Cotswolds, business people midweek, and accommodation for guests who are part of groups in the Farmhouse or Granary.

THE SNUGGLE: (sleeps 2+cot) Full weeks or midweek M-F bookings

The perfect getaway for two, with a green grass roof the cottage fits ‘snugly’ into the countryside. The Snuggle is an open plan cottage with a large four-poster bed, sitting area, kitchen and separate quirky bathroom with domed ceiling. The south facing patio and garden setting basks in the sun and looks out onto a completely private expansive Cotswold view, with the swimming pool and tennis court nearby.
