Luckley has 4 well equipped, comfortable and welcoming cottages dating from 1795, sleeping 1-46 people

THE FARMHOUSE: (sleeps 12+2+cot)

The original Farmhouse keeps a comfortable family home atmosphere, well suited to families and groups of friends, with wooden flooring and exposed oak beams throughout the 3 floors. The spacious open plan lounge and dining areas a large dining table and a warm log fire. The kitchen is well equipped, with a double oven, dishwasher and double fridge/freezer included. French windows lead out into the garden for relaxing, with garden furniture, bbqs and a wooden Wendy house for children to enjoy. Upstairs are 6 large bedrooms and 4 shower/bathrooms. No pets in The Farmhouse please. 2 fold outs available as required.

THE GRANARY: (sleeps 12+2+cot) Newly renovated bathrooms

The Granary has been converted into a comfortable and welcoming 2-storey cottage. Upstairs is the well-equipped open plan kitchen/dining area, with table to seat up to 18-20. The large lounge has a drinks bar area and access to the decking to enjoy the wonderful view over the Cotswold Hills. Downstairs are the 6 bedrooms, 3 ensuites and 2 bathrooms. 2 fold outs available as required.Has flexibility in room set up (doubles/twins) The Granary suits all groups very well. The south-east facing patio and garden area is good for bbqs and casual dining, and has a children's swing set. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs, with responsible owners, by prior arrangement only (£10 each surplus charge).

THE WARREN: (sleeps 1-18)

The Warren has 6 self contained rooms that can be either double or twins, all have a small enclosed shower ensuite cubicle, a cupboard kitchenette to make a cup of tea/toast/heat up baby food/light cooking etc, TV, hairdryer. Futons are available in each room for one additional adult/child as needed. These rooms can be booked separately, ie from 1 to all 6 rooms as required. Ideal for additional guests who are part of groups staying in the Farmhouse +/or Granary, also for people walking / touring the Cotswolds and business people.
